Shipping and returns
How long does it take for my order to be ready?
If your order is less than 5 items, it will take 3 - 5 days to be ready.
If it is more than 5 items, it may take up to 7 - 10 days.
Please be patient, we want everything to be really beautiful when you receive them.
When will my order be shipped?
I usually go to the post office twice times a week, on Tuesday and Fridays.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out the next time I go to the post office.

Can I track my order?
Brazilian Post (Correios) only provides limited tracking for all international parcels.

How long will I receive my order?
According to the Brazilian Post (Correios), it may take up to 3 weeks or more for all economic or standard shipping parcels to arrive its destination.
Can I return my products?
We do not recommend returning products for overseas clients as it is a relatively time consuming process.
First you have to contact us via email or Contact us form, once we acknowledged your request, you then can send the order with original package back to Brazil.
Once the parcel is returned to us, we will arrange refund after deducting all costs involved if there are any.
Please be reminded that buyer has to bear the shipping cost.
If you are not happy with the products, please let us know. We always want our customers to be satisfied.

Missing or damaged products?
If some of your products are missing or damaged, please contact us within 3 days after you received your order.
